Scope
These terms govern your use of the Roburna Labs website, free diagnostic tools and client portal. RoburnaLabs provides these services. Paid development work is governed by a separately accepted proposal or project agreement; if that agreement conflicts with these website terms for that work, the project agreement controls.
Your account
Provide accurate details, keep your password private and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity under your account except where caused by our failure to protect the service. We may restrict access to prevent abuse, security incidents or unlawful use, and will provide notice when reasonably possible.
Using the tools
Diagnostic scores, AI responses, estimates and example timelines are informational. They are not guarantees, professional advice or a binding quote. We may update, limit or discontinue a free tool. Do not submit material you lack permission to share, attempt to access another user’s data, interfere with the service or use the tools unlawfully.
Your material and our work
You retain rights in material you provide. You permit us and our service providers to process it to deliver the requested service and support your account. Ownership and licensing of commissioned deliverables are set out in your project agreement, not assumed from use of this website. Website text, design and software remain with their respective owners unless a separate licence says otherwise.
Availability and liability
We work to keep the service available and secure, but free tools may be interrupted or contain errors. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits your mandatory statutory rights. Any commercial service levels, warranties and liability limits for paid work belong in the applicable project agreement.
Privacy and communications
Our Privacy Policy explains how we process personal data. Transactional messages about an account or project are separate from optional marketing messages. You can manage marketing preferences independently.
Changes and contact
We may revise these terms as the service changes. The updated date appears above. If a change materially affects existing users, we will give notice where required. Questions can be sent to support@roburnalabs.com.
