Roburna Labs

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 2 October 2026

Who is responsible

RoburnaLabs, an Estonian company, is responsible for personal data collected through this website and the Roburna Labs client portal. For privacy questions or requests, contact support@roburnalabs.com.

Information we collect

We receive account details such as your name, email, company and password; information you provide in contact forms, diagnostic tools, project briefs, messages and support requests; and records needed to deliver a project, proposal or invoice. Passwords are stored as hashes, not readable text. Essential technical records such as IP address, device information, session identifiers and security events help operate and protect the service.

Why we use it

We process account and project information to provide the portal, respond to enquiries and perform a contract or take steps you request before one. We use security logs and abuse controls for legitimate interests in keeping the service safe. We keep records when law requires it. Marketing email is sent only when you separately opt in, and you can withdraw that choice through email preferences. Optional Google Analytics runs only after you accept analytics cookies.

AI tools and project submissions

Material submitted to our diagnostic and AI tools may be processed by service providers to generate the requested result and may be saved to your account or an associated lead. Please do not submit secrets or sensitive personal information unless it is necessary and you have authority to share it. Automated outputs are estimates or guidance, not a binding proposal.

Who receives data

Authorised Roburna personnel and service providers involved in hosting, email delivery, analytics (only with consent), payment, and AI processing may receive information needed for their role. We do not sell personal data. Some providers may process data outside your country; where required, we use applicable transfer safeguards.

Storage and retention

We keep information for as long as needed for the relevant service, security, dispute resolution or legal obligation, then delete or anonymise it under our retention procedures. An active client account and project record may be kept while the relationship continues; invoices and other legally required records may remain longer. You can ask us about a specific record or request deletion where applicable.

Your choices and rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection to processing, and you may withdraw consent at any time. You may also complain to a relevant data protection authority. Email support@roburnalabs.com to exercise these rights. We may need to verify your identity before acting.

Cookies

Essential storage supports sign-in and your cookie choice. Google Analytics is optional and is not loaded until you accept it. Use the “Cookie choices” control to change your preference; rejecting after accepting reloads the page without analytics. Your browser can also clear stored preferences.

Changes

We may update this policy as the service changes. The date above identifies the current website version. Material changes will be communicated where required.
